One of the few half-adepti who have yet to sign a contract with Rex Lapis, Yanfei is Liyue's premier legal adviser, with merchants willing to pay her top-of-the-line rates for her mediations, which often end up in win-win situations. That said, she does employ flexibility in her judgments, not wanting to be completely bound by the legal codices. She is voiced by Lizzie Freeman.
