Essentially, the baseline requirement for this voice is to sound around the range of a man in his mid 30's to 40 at the oldest. A bit of a villain and a slight obstacle for the main character. As a result I want him to sound somewhat formal, and cunning but authoritative. *Chinese accent optional*
