In many ways, NASA's twin Voyager spacecraft have evolved into time capsules of their age: They contain around 3 million times less memory than contemporary cellphones, transmit data at a rate that is about 38,000 times slower than a 5G internet connection, and each one has an eight-track tape recorder for data storage.
