Harry Osborn is a kid raised by a monster, swimming in money and privilege, but trying so hard to be his own person. A good person. He hates his father, Norman, with a dark passion-- but at the same time, desperately yearns for his approval. Harry's a doomed soul being pulled in too many different directions, and it's probably only a matter of time before he breaks. Think Lex Luthor as portrayed by Michael Rosenbaum in Smallville, though perhaps a bit more sympathetic.

My party.[Dropping some of his suave rich kid persona, Harry is imploring Peter and Gwen to come to his upcoming party in the city. This is a moment of genuine emotion and sincerity for him.]
Come to my party, all right? Let me do this for you. For both of you. It's gonna be a truly unforgettable night. If anyone tries to get in the way of that for either one of you... I'll make them regret it.[Confronted by Eddie Brock over a personal matter, and doing like his father taught him-- taking control of a situation by being dismissive and making the other person feel small. Harry probably doesn't even realize that this side of him is coming out in this moment, but it's an aspect of his personality he'll be struggling with going forward.]
You've got your answers, Eddie. My dad makes Genghis Khan look like a kitten, but it's got nothing to do with me. Now please. Either have yourself a drink and settle down, or get outta here.
