Augmenting Captain - The role of the augmenting crew will be to relieve the operating crew from their duties when they take the rest periods during the cruise. They are also present during the departure, however. And play a minor role in this script.

Air Traffic Control - Provides clearances and assistance to the pilots both in the air and on the ground.
