I was once an itty-bitty tadpole/Not a calf or a foal/Then I grew legs and became a pollywog/But wasn’t ready for the log/But as my tail shrunk in/I became a froglet/And as my lungs grew in/I could get the air within/And by the time I grew up/Lost my tail and ate bugs/I became the singer, as you know her/La la la la la la la la la la la/La la la la la la la la la la la.
That's good. Though, I would've used a combination of the piano part in the reference, the trumpet, and flute for the melody.
