Description: He is the Villain. Hisashi is the leader of The Bolts, a gang he formed shortly after he discovered a way to transfer the power of the others to himself. He planned an attack on the Divine Sanctuary which caused the deaths of two Guardians. He was successful in getting the power from the elemental guardians but was driven out by the remaining three. Now he plots away as he sends his gangs to kidnap anyone they find with powers. With his selection of ‘stock’, he can increase his power to complete his mission, and he will destroy anything and anyone that gets in his way.
