Nuparu

(Note: Although Nuparu is canonically male, I have left the role open to both male and female actors, since female actors, at least in my personal opinion, can do very convincing "young boy" voices, and I didn't want any prospective female actors to be put off by the character's canonical gender.)

Nuparu (pronounced noo-PAH-roo) is an tunnel engineer, second class from Onu-Koro, working in the 12th Marn tunnel in Sector 4. He is well respected for his innovative ingenuity, and produces many machines to make tunnelling easier for the Onu-Matoran miners.

Nuparu is friendly and inquisitive, often taking time off from his regular to job to explore and salvage equipment. He is always tinkering with his creations and looking for new ideas; his knack for innovation is uniquely impressive.
