Please do not audition for this part if you are a male with a changed voice, and/or if you are also auditioning for Flowey/Big Asriel.
NOTE! I would like Chara to be pronounced to sound like Car-a, as in car. The word cara means friend in Irish, and I am a firm believer that Undertale is based off of Irish mythology.
Little Asriel is simply Asriel as a child. I am looking for someone who is able to bring child-like wonder to the character, but also be able to portray his overwhelming trauma in the end. If you can cry (or at least sound like you are), please let me know, or even demonstrate so in the audition.
I am fine with any accent so far, but our Toriel may go with a British accent. I'm interested to see how Little Asriel with a British accent would sound, but please only use a British accent if you are truly able to pull it off.
Finally. I was so tired of being a flower.

What? Oh, yeah, I remember. When we tried to make butterscotch pie for Dad, right? The recipe asked for cups of butter, but we accidentally put in buttercups instead. Yeah! Those flowers got him really sick. I felt so bad. We made Mom really upset. I should have laughed it off, like you did. Um, anyway, where are you going with this?
I always was a cry baby, wasn't I, Chara? I know, you're not actually Chara. Chara's been gone for a long time, now. What... what is your name?
"Frisk"? That's a nice name.
I loved this! I only have a few notes: In the first set of lines, I'd like more emotion there. You really have to get in the mind of Asriel. He's been trapped as a flower, unable to feel love, compassion, and had become sociopathic because of it. It's driven him insane, and he's just a little boy, so becoming free of that form must be the most emotional moment of his life. The second line was pretty spot on. No complaints there. With the third line, maybe slow it down just a bit, but that's about it. You kind of made me panic because as I was writing this I was tempted on putting "If you sing You Are My Sunshine you get a cookie" and so you made me freak out. And nice fake crying! Sounded pretty real, overall! Thanks so much for auditioning!
No, Thank you! This is huge for me!!! If you want me to try again with The first and third line sets, I could. I just didn't quite know what to do with those.. Also, My voice hated me....! Apparently, Singing alone in a room at 9:30 at night isn't great for that.... But I'm happy I got the right song!! Thank you for putting up with my voices~
I will say, I do give more knit picky critiques when I like it a lot. Your voice is so adorable on your singing! The key was a bit astray at the beginning, but that's pretty normal. Don't be so harsh on your voice. It's beautiful.
