Fen is best described as a high-energy beast with the playful innocence of your average dog.
He's simple in the way he speaks, similar to Tarzan or Susan strong from adventure time.
His voice is as powerful as it is playful. Go for something that should sound in the same range as Goku's voice in DBZ.
Update: Due to some confusion, do not read this character with a gruff tone (like the hulk for example) The character is early 20's, so go for a more youthful tone of voice. Really aim for a light-hearted, fun, older brother type.
