The narrator is exactly what they sound like–a narrator. They describe the scene, setting, and character actions. Despite not being one of the main girls, the narrator is still very important in keeping the flow of emotions and setup for the side stories.
There are no voice requirements for the narrator, since they have no face or personality to match to their lines. What’s important about the narrator is their tone and ability to match the mood of the scene. The voice should be nice and calm at all times–think audiobook.
The more Sayori speaks, the more she fails to control her voice, falling victim to the overwhelming sadness clutching at her throat and chest.
