A young, outwardly cocky ghost in his late 20s who lived out his days in the late 1920s. Prefers to haunt local establishments such as clubs and high-class events. Seems to be frivolous and self-centered, but has a very selfless reason for wandering Wescaster as a ghost rather than moving on.
