For this guy, I would say think of a toned down Announcer from the Dragon Ball series.

  • "Hi there! Welcome to Moel!"

  • "I hear you're also from the big city. Must be shocking for a city boy, seeing so little to be done around here, huh? With as little options there are, you'll probably be bored to death." 

  • "Hmhmhm... HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Amazing...! (Chuckle) Alright... Let's drop the charade then..."
