Starting from this lesson, we will begin our jQuery study.
Just like font awesome, if we want to use jQuery, we must put its course file into our project folder first.
The best place to get the jQuery source code is the official website of jQuery.
At this moment, jQuery is in its third version.
We can see we've got two download options here: compressed and uncompressed.
For your official project, you should use the uncompressed one as it is more efficient to run.
But we are currently studying jQuery, therefore, you are recommended to use the uncompressed one.
JQuery also supports the CDN installation option. The source file is stored in somebody else’s server. We just link it into our own file. This can save bandwidth for your server.
Hello Chris, The client likes your audition, however they ask if it's possible for you to re-submit using less compression, please?
