SCP Voice Acting Project
Your_Janitor for Dr. Kazuyuki Kasuke
Note: Due to the circumstances of this role, there will not be indicators for what emotion I'd like you to convey. I want to see what you do with the character more naturally with the description given to you. In the future, if you are casted, you can request the addition of tones if wanted.
SPECIAL NOTE ON THIS ROLE; Dr. Kazuyuki Kasuke may be reoccurring in future SCP Articles [if I ever plan to write any]. Please keep this in mind, as you may be contacted in the future for this role again on unspecified occasions.
Dr. Kazuyuki Kasuke is a rather quiet researcher in the SCP foundation with no intention of getting close to anyone. He's rather opposite to Dr. Yates in the sense that he is less willing to care about things. He's most likely giving answers more than he's ever going to be asking questions. His voice has no accent noticeable, and he mostly talks in a rather soft voice that makes it sound like he's more gentle than he actually is- like a rose covered in thorns.
Dr. Kazuyuki generally has a stern look on his face that may be broken by a tired one, or perhaps a focused one when he's "in the zone". He takes his work seriously and doesn't let anyone get in his way, anybody who is a road block is to be removed from his general direction. But underneath, he's still human, and he pretends not to care but he cares way too much in the end, and he always seems to get hurt somehow. Dr. Kazuyuki just wants what is best for the foundation and humanity, and that's hard to get when you still want to be emotional. He's about 20 ish, early 20s at least.
Some people imply he's too young to be wasting away at the foundation, and imply he wanted to be an artist before this. He sounds sometimes like he doesn't want to be there, but he more feels like he needs to be.
Dr. Kazuyuki Kasuke. I am looking forward to working with you. I hope you do not disappoint, as I've heard great things of your cooperative assignments.
Vile. I don't understand how you can handle this... thing.
Don't get attached to it. Remember, it's anomalous, not human. The thing that's more dangerous than that thing right there is your emotions. Just don't try to feel for it.
