Description-wise; Moonchi is one of the supporting roles in the series. He is known as the Head Clock-Work Kai of the Time Patrol Sector where the story mostly takes place in. Of course, it's not just him. He also runs the sector with his trusty friend and associate, Para (Who also is the one to relinquish her role as lead and pass to him). These two run the sector, provide quests and missions for the Time Patrol, and all the other things in between that come with the role of Clock-Work Kai. He's a chill and very calm and mellow individual, but he does panic easily. He tries his best to take action and control of his role during desperate situations, and luckily Para is always by his side to help. However, as the series continues, his development in character grows stronger and stronger and he begins to realize how to better manage these situations without constant assistance. He's also very important to the franchise as he is one of the backbone characters of the entire Time Patrol and directly affects a good amount of the characters in the series. Voice-wise; as stated he has a very light, angelic, and mellow tone...this of course is reflected when he speaks. (Kinda similar to the East Kaiō-shin in the original Dragon Ball material.)
