Description-wise; Lucario is an Earthling male and another one of the 4 Time Patroller secondary cast roles. He has a goofy and knuckle-headed nature, most of the time trying to lighten the mood in bad situations. But he's not much of a slack-off and always tries his best to put in the most effort in any task, even with the fact that he's usually behind others. and the biggest difference between him and the other patrollers is pretty similar to Kori. drive and determination, although he far exceeds Kori's as he has far more to make up for, due to him being an Earthling. But he's definitely not a weak individual, he's still a skilled martial artist and has great potential when using Ki and other fighting attributes. In fact in some aspects, he actually exceeds further than some of the main cast. And just like the other secondary cast members, he's integral to the story as he affects most of the other cast directly. Think of him as a mix between Krillin, Yamcha, and Tien but far more involved. Voice-wise; you can be pretty free with this as well, as Earthlings don't really have a set voice or anything of the sort. just think of a positive upbeat male voice and we'll see which fits best.
