The narrator can be any person of lower social status. A grizzled veteran fighter or a child from the streets, a marketender or waitress - it doesn't matter.
You can use any voice and accent you like. It doesn't even have to be human. Dwarf, lizardman, orc or Knödelkreatur...you do what sounds good to you.
Age and gender are also meaningless.
I welcome all contributions but please keep in mind that only recordings of decent audio quality can make the shortlist.
Thank you

  • But you won't pay me for my philosophical ramblings, you want details you say. I won't ask why.
So, since the railroad is gone and all the highways destroyed there are only two save options for travel left.
You can either go by boat and fight off pirates and try not to get too far off the coast, to not crush into the water barrier that surrounds our island - or you join a caravan and depending on its size and your luck get robbed by bandits or the caravan.

  • ...let me see... Places to avoid.
Don't go to deep into the “Kingdom of Landt” while you're in “Landtdam”. The forests there get...wild.
The free cities are a cesspool of low-lives and democrats and such-likes but you can find some decent accomodation.
Steer clear of “Nonn” though. Too many ...weirdly shaped eyes and ears there if you catch my drift.

  • You, my creepy friend, should just stay here in the Mangled Hound Inn – safe and cozy – and let the stories of foreign lands come to you. Have a pint of fresh celery wine and a plate of Moffings and let the gods be gods.

Sir, take my advice; stay here in a good Inn, safe and sound, and let the stories of foreign lands come to you. Enjoy a pint of fresh celery wine and a plate of Moffings and let the gods be gods.

Thank you. I find the voice transformational aspect of voice acting to be one of the more fun aspects. If you're interested, I have a demo which demonstrates my range even further here: https://soundcloud.com/user-473330399/demo-test-13/s-Pl2fRy6YxZn?si=cb3c36e6573d48b28b905543d8c32fa3&utm_source=clipboard&utm_medium=text&utm_campaign=social_sharing

Hope you enjoyed it! Took me long enough to put together, ha ha.
