Gioconda is one of Rock's subbordinates, moving up the ranks due to her natural abilities despite her young age.
She's an extremely emotional person, switching between bubbly and excited to full on fury. Her socialble nature makes her good at infiltrating and intel collection, though the need to lie does weigh on her.

Her development, along with Fio, comes from learning more about the League of Shaman and Ninjas in general.
She also overcomes her own personal grudge against the Kazan race, specifically against Keanu.
