Haru Okumura is an insufferable Mormon who's a closeted lesbian. She enjoys pushing her views on others no matter how much her friends tell her to stop. Even though she preaches Mormon values, she often comes off very sexual at times and even goes as far as to say openly lewd/perverted things. Despite her religious eccentricities, she cares deeply for everyone in the group. She seemingly has feelings for Makoto Nijima, even though she denies it. While she appears gentle and feminine she enjoys fighting and is somewhat sadistic. Even convincing the other members of the Phantom Thieves that she derives sexual pleasure from it. She's also very vain and talks about her beauty frequently as well as her supposed "intelligence." While being very self centered she really likes Morgana and holds a lot of respect for him. She also constantly fights with Ann Takamaki, who is a promiscuous teen mother, even though she'll bring up her beauty frequently in the form of backhanded compliments. A lesbian voice actor is preferred.
