Although Uchitase gives off an unsettling and creepy vibe, he has a very soothing and kind voice. He has a refined way of speaking, similar to that of Celestia Ludenburg, but doesn't always talk like that when he is more comfortable with somebody. He also never uses somebody's first name unless asked to. It's speculated that he might have OCD due to his actions.
