P4GR: Central Cast
AJLinkowsky for Yu Narukami
Yu Narukami is a quiet, well-mannered young man who acts as the centerpiece of the Investigation Team. Despite his usual deadpan expression and mature demeanor, he is the most vocal about his beliefs in often "childish" concepts such as Friendship and Bonds. For this reason, he is able to make friends with others rather easily.
I'm not going to be unrealistic and ask for a perfect Johnny Yong Bosch impression. All I ask is that the voice at least sounds relatively fitting for Yu's character. If you would like to attempt a Johnny Yong Bosch impression, here's a link for reference.

You do NOT have to audition for Adachi as well. If you decide to, though, I ask that your voices for Yu and Adachi be similar to one another, but distinct enough to tell apart.
"You liked her, right? Saki, I mean. Then isn't that proof enough?"
"Calm the hell down, Yosuke!"
"People can do it. As long as they open their eyes and look around, they'll see it. They'll see the truth! If there is a fog, they just have to embrace the truth to get rid of it! This is what's right, and this is the path I choose to follow!"
Your "C" take of the last line is my favorite of yours. It has that dramatic emphasis in his words that I'm looking for. I would definitely try to capture that feeling while also not raising your voice all that much. For context, it is his last big speech in the story, and thus it shows reflection on how Yu as a character has grown from everything that has happened. As such a dramatic build-up worthy of the occasion is in order. On the "Calm the Hell Down, Yosuke!" section, I noticed you were screaming it out, but I didn't feel that seem dramatic oomph that you gave the previously mentioned take. It is a great way to approach the line, don't get me wrong, but I feel that you have the ability to produce more with what's given. While your takes on the first line are perfectly clear and delivered in a manner that I would like to hear from Yu, I feel that it is so much so it feels sort of robotic. I would recommend taking a slight softer tone while saying them, so it feels more akin to the compassion you would give when you're trying to cheer someone up while still having a distant tone Yu often gives to everything he says.
Thanks man, l'll take into consideration when l do my retakes
