Captain America: The New Frontier

(As of Act One, Werner has only 1 line, but he has a much bigger presence in the later acts, which I will gladly go into detail with.)
A lead scientist in HYDRA, the only mission for him is to potentially perfect what remains of Dr. Erskine's work. However, with a sudden advantage in their hands, the prerogative changes, much to his chagrin. But, seeing that he's the best qualified, he works with it anyways, which may or may not end up changing his life.
Must be able or willing to atleast pronounce German words and phrases.
