(As of Act One, Maxon has not too many lines, but a much larger presence in the later acts. I'll still give this role three lines, though.)

An American that switched sides when the going got tough, Maxon never felt like he fit in anywhere. His ideas of a world where one rules all, and the power of propaganda gave him a sharp edge that got him nowhere in the Allied forces. But, when the opportunity arises, he jumps ship to HYDRA, and finds that, although he doesn't exactly fit in there, he does manage to make a difference. One condescending insult at a time.

Voice Desc: American, brash and emboldened. Always a chip on his shoulder, and he knows it, yet he remains jovial and joking as can be.

Face Cast (not entirely unrelated to voice):

“Well, I believe that 'in all things, lies business'. I mean, HYDRA ain’t makin’ money off of nothing, amirite?”

  • “If I had a dollar for every time he ‘felt it’s presence’... d’you know how hard it is to translate to the Italian people why we had to dig around in the Coliseum, and…

(trails on and on for a bit, improvise!)

"... and you're not at all listening, are you...?"

  • (confused)
"You... want me.... to be the 'poster boy' of HYDRA...?

No offense, sir, but aren't 'you' the Red Skull?"
