As far as your voice goes...it's a very nice fit. You've got the outgoing side of Ochako's personality...your motivations behind each line are clear...I think the biggest issue with your takes is the volume. It's unfortunately a bit blaring and distracts away from the voice. It's definitely something easily fixed, as most audio editors have an input control where you can adjust your microphone's volume.
