This character is in his 50's and treats all of his employees like family, his voice should sound like he's tough and that no one would mess with him. He knows that each and every member have their good days and bad. He is a very open minded individual and never lets anything hold him back from making the best decision to benefit everyone on his team. He only becomes hot headed when he needs to be.
"So far so good, it's starting to get busy now, so where's Kenley? He does know that he works today right?"
"Nah give him 10mins, if he doesn’t call by that time then yes call him. Until then the team will have to make do without him until then. He’s one of our key members. I don't blame him for being late every once in a while"
