CHARACTER DESCRIPTION
Terra Cotta-Arc is married to Jaune's eldest sister, Saphron. Her and her wife both live happily in Argus with their adopted son, Adrian. Terra is very hard-working and serious, however, she is still quite kind. Due to her strenuous job of having to work as a communications technician for the city of Argus, she often comes home being incredibly exhausted with barely enough time to be with her family.
VOCAL CHARACTERISICS
Medium-low female vocal range. A bit of a serious tone.

(giving instructions) "Okay, remember: one, the radar box is separate from the rest of the communications equipment. So if you disconnect it properly, it won't take out comms for the rest of the city. Two, this conversation never happened."
