(Slightly annoyed) Fine, if you have to know, there are some people that have been following me, and I can't face them alone. I've been stuck hiding in this city for a while, and I'm quite ready to leave. I figured I would have a better chance of surviving with some help.

(Explaining) I'm talking about the Thalmor. I don't know what they want with me, but apparently I've offended them.

-Is that why you’re in Windhelm?

(Explaining) Yeah, I figured they would at least think twice about stepping into a city full of elf-hating Nords.

-Why didn’t you want to tell me?

Well, who is going to want to travel with someone being hunted by Thalmor? I certainly wouldn't. Besides, helping someone hide from the Thalmor would definitely put you on their list... I'm not helping my argument here am I?

-No, but now I feel guilty saying no
