While most lines for this character will be audio diaries, you will be able to meet him in person as a shadow of his former self. Once a Colonel in the American military, he became the overseer of a scientific research facility after the world was destroyed in nuclear Armageddon. He has little desire for furthering human knowledge or science in general. All he cares about is survival. When scientists come to him with promises of re growing dead plants or finding solutions to food shortages. Anything else he finds a waste of time. He eventually becomes infected from a fungus that corrupts his mind and body, turning him into a skinny pale skeleton of a man with pulsating growths all over his body. He can be found in modern times with his power armor ripped to shreds and melting into his skin. The only words he can mutter, his name and rank and maybe an odd scream here and there.
Still no contact from control station. We've been flying solo since the cataclysm and that's causing a lot of the security forces here to get out of line. I never thought I'd have an issue with keeping these eggheads under control, but some have taken this opportunity to undermine the chain of command. Even some of my men are falling under their allure. Only a year has passed, and this is what we've come to. I'm wondering how many of them I'm going to have to kill before the next year.
Doctor Winston, this is absolute lunacy. I will not allow this waste of resources to continue. If you do not terminate your experiments by the end of the day, I will be sending my men to exterminate them personally. If you happen to get in the way of any of my men, you can join your little pets ... as a corpse.
