Even though he’s greedy and is attempting to take control of a whole city, he does show more respect to his members and will protect them, only if they are useful to him. Deepslate is still a bad man as he will get rid of anyone in his way, but only protect those who could benefit him in the future. Whether it’s by them helping him get money or by them giving him protection.
