She is the Director of Talent Relations for Vought International and the primary manager of The Seven. Ashley is a deceptive self-promoting liar who has a general disregard for others. She has no real power over The Seven and is terrified of Homelander, willing to do his bidding out of fear. She is overworked and stressed, but also possesses self-confidence when talking down to her subordinates.
