Makoto Niijima is the extremely arrogant and catty student council president at Shujin Academy. Makoto is extremely irritable and constantly berates her fellow teammates as well her sister, Sae Niijima. Makoto looks down on just about everyone but especially dislikes people who are poor and unintelligent. She's extremely prickly and hard to get along with but the group succumbs to her will due to her unique charms if not fear of her harsh words.
