I'm currently directing several projects and helping moderate just as many.

These are just some of my goals when it comes to moderating/Directing a project.

- Be as hands-on as possible, to keep the project going at a steady pace.

- Create weekly goals and deadlines to motivate people to complete their work at an acceptable time

- Provide weekly progress reports to the owner so they know the current state of the project

- Assist people when they might have questions regarding the work they have been assigned

- Motivate people and keep a friendly/safe working environment

- Moderate that people follow the rules and avoid hateful encounters

- Assist the owner in the recruitment process

- Keep communication with everyone involved in the project
