Toony Tony is one of the villains in The Unstoppable Four. He turns the town and the people in the rubber hose style by using his clown horn (I don't know what to call this horn).  He has a high-medium pitched voice range, and has the voice of a child.  He need to be voice by a girl. 

  • "I just don't know why this decade isn't like the good ol' days, (determined) but know, I get a chance to make it that way!"

  • "Take that Mrs. Speedy!"

  • "Ha! Ha! You can't catch me Unstoppable Four!"
