Cash Garrulan was a male Twi'lek from the planet Murkana. He was a Black Sun Vigo, making himself one of Murkhana's greatest crime lords. When Order 66 was proclaimed in 19 BBY , Roan Shryne and Olee Starstone sought him out, hoping he could help them escape from Murkhana. This brings him to the attention of Darth Vader.
