There will be a couple lines edited to fit the fact it's Tali instead of Anderson, but I'm not the best at coming up with dialogue myself so I went with dialogue that, as of making CCC page, I think would be fitting for the project since it doesn't address Tali/Anderson
[Walking past a wounded Shepard and towards Anderson, speaking in a cold, calculated tone]
I warned you. Control is the means to survival. Control of the Reapers... and of you, if necessary.
[Monologuing on why he's been so keen on controlling the Reapers, giving a brief history lesson, trying to convince Shepard to side with him as he circles around Anderson and back to Shepard]
But look at what humanity has achieved! Since that discovery, we've advanced more than the past 10,000 years combined. And the Reapers will will do the same for us again. A thousand fold. But... only if we can harness their ability to control.
[Realizing he failed to convince Shepard to help him control the reapers, going behind Tali and taking her pistol, walking out from behind her brandishing it, the Reaper implants forcing him to threaten Shepard for not joining him]
