Mary Jane is the wife of Peter Parker, AKA Spider-Man (this is before their marriage was annulled by Mephisto). She is aware and supportive of the fact Peter is Spider-Man, though sometimes it does concern her how often he puts himself in danger. But he always tries to be there for him, no matter what, and is faithful to him.
Not looking for anything really in particular, this one is up to your own interpretation.
Peter, you couldn’t have known what would happen. You know he loved you. And I’m sure he would be proud of you. You keep his memory alive every time you save someone, especially with your amazing powers.
