Jeremiah Arkham is the director of Arkham Asylum, which was founded by his relative Amadeus Arkham. Much like Ashley, he tries his best to rehabilitate the inmates of Arkham, but more often than not fails due to their obsessions and mania.
I'm not looking for anything in particular with Jeremiah's voice, but I want him to sound logical and collected. Like he is the director of an institute.
The only rehabilitation for the Joker is to keep him locked away here until we can find a suitable method for his insanity. And before you suggest that your bio-technic chip is a suitable method, I’ve read your reports and your outrageous claims. And frankly, Doctor Briar, we don’t go in for psychological fads here at Arkham. Until something has been tested proven, I see no reason to continue to entertain your delusions of fame and grandeur.
