Voice: Pearl has a very high-pitched voice. She talks very fast, is constantly talking, and has a lot to say. She tends to just say whatever is on her mind and not care about what others think. Pearl shows a lot of emotion with a lot of lines throughout the series.
(Meeting someone new for the first time - and you already don't trust him at all.) "Hmph - who's the new guy? He looks weird - talks weird - hey, why's his hair all spiky in the front but flat in the back? Clearly it's fake."
(Extremely defensive, yelling. Someone just slightly offended you, and you are NOT taking it.) "EXCUSE ME?! Are you implying that I'm too DUMB for that job?! I'll have you know that if you added the I.Q. of everyone ON this ship together, it'd STILL be less than mine!"
(Torn, trying to make amends but also being stubborn about your own feelings. You're scared to let this person in.) "W-well, I...I guess that was a LITTLE thoughtful. I still wouldn't call us friends, but I'll try to start being...a little nicer. I haven't been really friendly either, I'll admit that. But you need to fix your attitude too!"
