This scientist is a rather intimidating character, who merely conducts experiments as he is told. He is the head scientist of a facility and co-operates with the military.

My sincerest apologies for the delayed decision, it took quite a lot of consideration. However, after pondering it for quite some time, I believe this voice works rather well for the role.
