Auron is the king of Ofeilia, Queen Alicia's husband, and Mage's adoptive father. He's extremely oblivious to how corrupt his country is, and is most likely just a figurehead. I imagine he has a medium-pitched voice, yet he tends to speak loudly. You can definitely improvise.
{Cheerfully} "Oh, Astrum! It's a pleasure to see you again. How have you been?"
{Confused and a bit concerned} "I still don't understand, dear. Well, yes, she's a beautiful girl, but...was there some other reason as to why you chose to adopt her? She just seems so sickly half the time."
