Ichika is the 14-year-old daughter of Bernard and Shigeko. She is a practical, level-headed kid who gets along with people of all ages. But she still knows how to have fun and enjoy the everyday things that your typical teenager would. Much like her mother, she partakes in many different hobbies about town such as cooking, skateboarding, gymnastics, and much more. She attends a local private school so she is often seen in her school uniform, however, this episode is set during Halloween, so she is dressed up as a cheerleader! 

Her character is new, so I am open to any accent or interpretation! But if you feel like referencing either of her parents, her father speaks with a thick Scottish accent, whereas her Tokyo native mother speaks with a slight Japanese accent. But Ichika was born and raised in the Underworld city of Duplicity where almost everyone speaks with a North Eastern American accent. So there's lots of dialects to choose from!
