Snoozy for Tomoko The Cat
She is one of Tyler's good friends since his childhood, unlike his other friend who cut off contact due to the death of their other friend, Tomoko chose to stay around and side with Tyler, eventually joining up with Tyler and Barry to make the Sonic Heroes like team "Team Thunder." As for her voice, I would want her to sound like Amber's English Dub voice from Genshin Impact. (Lines are not final!)

"Don't worry Tyler, because even in the hardest times, I'll still be here" -She's helping Tyler after having a falling out with one of his friends and the lost of his other friend-
"You must be Sally Acorn, I just wanna say that I'm truly sorry about what happened to Sonic" -She felt a bit sorry for Sally, after the disappearance of Sonic, when everyone else thought of him to be dead-

If you wanted to do a redo, I'll give you some insight. In line 1, she sounds hopeful, since she's the optimist of Team Thunder. In line 2, she's reassuring Tyler with her hopeful optimism that no matter how hard life for him would get, she would always be here for him, since she's the only one of the 4 Childhood friends (Since I'm including Sonic as well) that never really left Tyler's side. And for line 3, she felt bad for Sally after Sonic disappeared, when everyone thought that Sonic is dead.
