Dozan is the Raikon Fleet's exotic intergalactic trader. He specializes in "collecting" rare specimens and selling them to the highest bidder. He is sent by Dragun to collect the new Rangers so they can no longer get in the way.
Again, up to VA interpretation, but I'd like to see how many different voices you all can pull off for this guy alone.

For such rare specimens, you're probably worth a fortune to the right bidder!

Some how you remind me of Joker with this.
I envisioned Dozan to be a villain who is driven by greed, and since he also is an intergalactic species trafficker, I believe him to have the fascination of a mad scientist but also the craziness of a being who has seen too many things in his lifetime. But I guess I'll go for the Joker. :D
