Emma Millstein is a member of Class VII, and a major character in the Cold Steel arc. Emma lives in a place far away from Thors Military Academy, and other than that her past is a mystery. She takes care of a cat which she named Celine, and has knowledge of the supernatural through a heightened sixth sense. Emma is a normal girl who, like Machias, is a prodigy student. She was the highest scorer on the entrance exam, and also tutors Fie with schoolwork. She is understanding and kind to all.

Emma has a medium-high voice, a gentle tone behind it. Her non-battle quotes involve emotions with surprise, natural, and nervousness
