Role assigned to: Bachtok

Toya's father was a famous classical musician and trained Toya and his two older brothers in classical music from a very young age, learning the piano and violin. His father would isolate Toya and force him to study classical music at all hours of the day, causing him to despise his father and by association, the entirety of classical music. As such, he started performing everything else but classical music to spite his father, picking up street music and eventually meeting Akito.

Toya performed with Akito as the BAD DOGS before joining An and Kohane to form Vivid BAD SQUAD.

Toya is silent and calm but has a strong mind. He has trouble communicating with other people besides Akito and Tsukasa. Usually, Toya usually gets misunderstood when he talks to someone else; the person he's talking to often mistakes him as rude, as he is blunt and often misphrases his statements.

Until his character development, he wasn't one to smile.

Toya's Introduction: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J9upZpeHh7g

  • [Toya's introduction]

"I'm Aoyagi Toya of Vivid BAD SQUAD. [sigh or a hmmm] What should I talk about next? I always leave the MC'ing to Akito. I'm not good at speaking, after all. ...Can I talk about myself? I see, ok then..."

  • [Toya's arguing with his father]

"... I wasn't fooling about. I was singing on the street. (Toya's father (paraphrasing): Why are you fooling around on the streets, you've been so corrupted that you can't comprehend that.) Ngh... I'm not just playing around here! To create the greatest ever event, we're--(gets cut off by his father) I'm not running away!"

  • [Toya and Akito splitting]

"..... This is my own will. Our songs have no meaning. It's only childish music. (Akito: Dude, are you serious?) Wasn't I the type of guy who can't make jokes?"
