When not acting like a love-struck psycho, she's generally very soft-spoken and professional to her fellow guardians. But once she starts gushing over how great Lord Ainz is and how much she loves him, she can quickly become rather crazy. Also, being a succubus, she can also come off as seductive and alluring when she desires.
As you requested, Lord Momonga, all the floor guardians have gathered before you. I, Albedo, leader of the Floor Guardians, pledge my fidelity to you, my lord, my god, my one true love. I serve and obey!!!
(Sounds seductive at first, then becomes disappointed and annoyed)
