Otis is Pico's younger, fatter, more obnoxious cousin. He is 12 years old. He's Pico's first cousin on his father's side.

Otis is a well meaning, but annoying nerdy kid who always wants to be included. I would prefer an actor with a fem/child like voice take this role, because I want it to be clear Otis is young.

  • "Oh but Picoooo, I just want to help you and Boyfriend look for the game!! Please let me tag along? I know all the places in Center City to get games!"

  • "This is just like that time I met alien hominid in real life." 

    Pause

    "No, really! I'm not lying! It really happened! Why do you guys NEVER believe me?"
