Twister is an odd and quiet character. He isn't much for talking and often pulls a lot of one-liners, he speaks only when he needs to. I would appreciate his voice to be shy sounding, but still a strong voice. He is on the softer side and likes to be kind to others, but will hurt anyone who deserves it.
He never swears especially since he disagrees with using little vocabulary when speaking. When he does talk he prefers to keep things elegant and simple. The player will find it difficult to interact with him because he's so silent. However when he's angry he will have quite the mouthful for those who enrage him. His talent lies in the arts of blades and assassination.
"Interesting, just like the other thousand times you told me."

"Are you kidding me? That's the most ludicrous idea I've ever heard! If Moki continues to lead us, we will end up dead. We cannot afford to split apart in these dire times."
