Raph is the second eldest of the brothers. He has a tendency to speak in a rough tone (whether or not you want to do a Brooklyn accent is up to you) and has a bad temper. He is also seen as very impulsive, destructive and aggressive, but deeply cares about his family, so the actor should be able to emote well. 

NOTE: This character has had many voice actors, however I want you to make him your own! Do not do an impression of past iterations.
